What is beef tallow?

Where does your tallow come from?

Will tallow skincare feel greasy?

Tallow is naturally rich, so a little goes a long way. Our formulas are designed to soften on contact with the skin and spread easily. Start with a small amount and add more as needed.

How much should I use?

Start with a small amount and warm it gently between your fingertips before applying to clean skin. You can use a little more on areas that feel particularly dry.

Can I use Fjalluft tallow products on my face and body?

This depends on the individual product. Please follow the directions provided on each product page and product label for the recommended areas of use.

Is Fjalluft suitable for sensitive skin?

Everyone's skin is different. We recommend reviewing the full ingredient list before use and patch testing a small area first, particularly if you have sensitive skin or known ingredient sensitivities. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Does beef tallow have a strong smell?

Properly rendered and purified tallow generally has a mild natural scent. The final scent and appearance may vary depending on the ingredients used in each formula.

Why can the texture change?

Because tallow-based skincare can respond to temperature, you may notice the product becoming softer in warm conditions or firmer in cooler conditions. This does not necessarily affect the product's intended use.

How should I store my Fjalluft products?

Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Always close the lid securely after use and follow any storage instructions shown on the product packaging.

What is your return policy?

Eligible return requests can be made within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return conditions. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products generally cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective or incorrect.
